Esperanza Homes, in partnership with the Greater Chamber of Harlingen, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, to celebrate the construction of Paso Real, a mixed-used development coming to Harlingen, Texas. The development will feature an 8,000 sq. ft. shopping center, a multi-family complex, 212 homes, and a 4-acre park that includes a pavilion, shade structures, trails, basketball courts and field areas. Upon completion, Paso Real is estimated to contribute over $85 Million to the City of Harlingen tax base.
Phase one of Paso Real kicks off in August 2022 with the grand release of 81 out of the 212 lots available for new homes.

Paso Real will be Esperanza Home’s first development in the city of Harlingen.
