Esperanza Homes announced that it’s Sunday, February 6th debut of McAllen’s newest residential communities, AQUALINA & CASCADA Phase II, set a company record for new home sales in a single weekend.
Esperanza Homes Vice President of Sales, Shant Samtani, stated that this new single weekend sales record is the best barometer of the Rio Grande Valley’s desire and need for new homes, despite the past two years of both the Pandemic and challenging economic conditions.
