McAllen, TX- On Thursday, January 4, 2024, we partnered with the McAllen Chamber of Commerce to host a grand opening celebration. With over 100 guests in attendance, it was an afternoon of excitement, delicious food, and the official ribbon cutting ceremony of our amazing new design studio.
The Esperanza Homes Design Studio is truly a sight to behold. It is located inside Building B at The Shoppes at Tres Lagos. Inside the Design Studio, you will also find 4 spacious meeting rooms, where you can brainstorm and collaborate with our team. The meeting rooms feature illuminated display niches that will showcase samples to inspire you and fuel your imagination. Whether you have a clear idea of what you want or need some guidance and inspiration, our design studio has everything you need to bring your dream home to life.
You can also step inside the E-Difference Room that is located inside the building. This unique room gives you an immersive look at our homes' design, construction, and finishing stages. It also highlights all the exceptional features and energy-efficient systems we include in our homes that distinguish us from other homebuilders.
Esperanza Homes has also added a children's lounge, enclosed by glass walls so that parents can feel comfortable meeting with the team, keeping an eye on their little ones while they plan the perfect home. Additionally, the new offices of Stonewood Home Lending are located next door in the same building, offering a one-stop-shop experience.
The grand opening celebration featured McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos, guest speakers from the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, and representatives from Esperanza Homes, Rhodes, and Stonewood Home Lending.
