McAllen, Texas. On August 6, 2024 Esperanza Homes held a groundbreaking ceremony for Harvest Coves, our newest community in McAllen, TX. This event was held in collaboration with the McAllen Chamber of Commerce and Rhodes. With over one hundred people in attendance, there was an air of celebration as the City of McAllen welcomed its newest single-family housing community. Family was a strong theme for the event with many speakers mentioning the need for family housing in McAllen real estate. McAllen may be named the "City of Palms” but this event showcased that it could be called the “City of Family.”
