The model home at Silos at La Sienna in Edinburg, TX is now OPEN!
On February 18th, Esperanza Homes hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and the grand opening of its new and furnished model home. Everyone was invited to celebrate, including local realtors who were treated to an exclusive sneak peek of the home prior to the event.
The model home is our San Lorenzo floor plan in a Farmhouse elevation. It features a modern white with black exterior, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, and a grand covered patio with an extensive back yard.
Families and guests were able to tour the home and available quick move-ins at Silos at La Sienna, while learning about the many features offered by Esperanza Homes. In addition, they were treated to music, snacks, wood fired pizza, gourmet coffee and backyard games.
