We looked at a ton of houses and we finally said, "Hey, wait, there's, there's a new project. Let's go in there." We went in there and opened the door and there sat, Sam. I said, "Hey, Sam, sell me a house." I just love my back porch. Even when it's a hundred degrees out, the wind's blowing, I'm in the shade. Yeah, it's still hot in my back porch, but I can sit out there in my back porch and still kind of enjoy it. Watch TV, maybe have a cold beer. It's pretty nice.

It's not the first time we've owned a home, but it's the first time we've built it, so we really didn't know what we were getting into. The experience was great with Sam until we got into the actual building phase and then started working with Alex, who was our superintendent, who did a great job with us as well. The reason why we even got there is because of the community feeling and the fact that it was just great, I think, for young families. Once we knew that this would be a great area for our kids to be in and we saw how happy they were, we wanted our family to experience that too.

The whole process of acquiring, purchasing the home was just easy and it made every concern I had go away. When I came out of there I told the salesperson, "this is going to be my house". Megan, she, she was just amazing. She put pen on paper and, and, and listed out pros and cons and how I could make this work. And I told her I was going to give it you know, a minute or at least a day to think about it. Uh, I gave it half a day.

I had a coworker, she started the process and gave a lot of great reviews. We went to go see the homes Esperanza was building, and we liked them. We actually own our own home, right? Instead of, not owning our own home., and our kids can have their own space and somewhere where they can enjoy their time and pastimes. We can invite family over, entertain as well if we wanted to.

They were excellent and made the process easy. I had absolutely no headaches with building my home. I was most satisfied with how extremely organized they were from the very beginning until completion. It made it easy for us to basically just move in to the house when it was completed, and not have to worry about anything beforehand.

This was one of the easiest experiences building a home. Everyone from Sam Rangel to the site supervisor to the workers were all professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. It was a great experience.

I was most satisfied with the amount of time it took to build my home was perfect. All of the transitions from choosing what house to picking what features that were going into the house. Going from person to person all of that was handled very professionally. They were always willing to meet up when I was available. Everyone was always on the same page and checking in with each other to make sure my needs were being met; I appreciated that. I really love the attention to detail and customer service that Esperanza Homes provides. Esperanza Homes are extremely helpful, polite, and well-mannered service. They are very organized and handled well with time.

Bonnie was an incredible help throughout the entire home buying process. From start to finish, she maintained a warm, welcoming attitude and was always available to answer my questions promptly.
